When will my order be delivered?

We ship across Canada using trusted couriers — Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, and FedEx.
Every order is packaged with care to arrive exactly as it left us. You can expect delivery within 2–7 business days, and you’ll receive a confirmation email after ordering with everything you need to know.

What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?

Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns. However. If something arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us — we’ll always do our best to make it right.
